OUR STAFF
STAFF AND VOLUNTEERS.

There will be one on one Support Workers per a Client in their home or community.

The Support Workers have a certificate III in aged care and first aid certificate.

All Staff and Volunteers have valid national police clearances and NDIS checklist checks and are insured under the business.

The front door and front gate will always be locked to ensure the Clients are not able to wander into the community.

CLIENT INFORMATION
CLIENT AND CARER/GUARDIAN

Carers and Clients visit the home and meet with the business owner, to ensure they are comfortable with the environment and/or the services provided.

A holistic assessment is completed to ensure the Client is cared for on an individual basis.

The Carer will book the respite hours they would like.

The Carer will provide any personal items the Client will need during their respite care, eg incontinence aids, mobility aids, etc
-
The Client must be dropped off and picked up by the Carer or authorised representative, who must sign the Client in and out.
